Hercules does not lie down in a cradle. Herculēs et Īphiclēs in scūtō dormiunt. Hercules and his brother sleep in a shield. Iūnō in Olympō habitat. Juno lives in Olympus. Iūnō Alcmēnam nōn amat. Juno does not love Alcmena. Herculem necāre vult. She wants to kill Hercules. serpentem mittit. She sends a snake. serpens appropinquat. The snake approaches. serpens scutum movet. The snake moves the shield. Herculēs et Īphiclēs serpentem vident. Hercules and Iphicles see the snake. Īphiclēs exclamat. Iphicles cries out. Herculēs nōn exclamat. Hercules does not cry out.
